The bottles I ordered, Crimson and A&A, arrived quickly and adding the extra concentrate is a game changer (scent lasts from morning until I get back home in the evening). However, I found myself disliking the A&A after a few tries so reached out to Customer Service to return it. Got some initial pushback, but then was offered a free sample after a brief exchange with Steven. Great products+awesome customer service= Happy Clients!

Awesome scents I love em' and would definitely buy more from this company, I got 2 Crimson 540 and Aero Blue and I was pretty amazed, luv it. Customer service Steven was super nice removing the subscription aspect for a 1 time buy. Highly recommended.

NEW UPDATE: This is fraud. Their all response are AI generated and when yiu found they are not going to send the product and start asking for refund, they don't respond stay away INITIAL POST I have paid for premium shipping... the package never reached the shipping service after generating the shipping level for several days (3 days), it took 2 plus days for generating the shipping level as well... this company doesn't have any contact phone, they are replying promptly in email till now... hopefully they'll be kind enough to refund promptly as they can't fulfill their commitment. So, my experience is unsatisfactory.

Ordered 2 weeks ago Still no update on the tracking number provided since 10/12…this is the Absolute WORST company I’ve ever purchased from as far as shipping deadline don’t expect your package and one day it pops up…expect your package and wait weeks…Ticktock Shop Majesty Fragrance uses Swiss Arabian oils and you get your package in 5 days that’s right…5…not 13 days
