Customer service with HOK was excellent: quick, responsive and helpful when I raised my concerns. The perfumes themselves were decent at best, though. The scents were fine, but longevity fell well short of how they're described on the website, fading much sooner than advertised. HOK has offered replacement bottles, which I'm waiting on now. If they perform better, I'll happily update this review. For now, 3 stars: full marks for support, but the product hasn't lived up to it yet.

Wanted to exchange 1 or 2 of my bottles ordered and was denied but they send me another bottle of my choice for free, so happy with their customer service. They may want to consider their exchange program for unused bottles.

Was very excited to try HOK because reviews were good. The 2 scents I chose didn't work for me. I couldn't distinguish between the scents. Contacted customer service and within a short time, they offered to replace my order. Hoping for a better experience with the next bottle.

I received my order slightly later than anticipated. While I didn’t particularly enjoy the scents, I didn’t mind because they were similar to the actual scents. I promptly emailed customer service, who responded within minutes and offered a reasonable discount.

Kia Ora Whanau! I'm from NZ and would like to say HOK is awesome for what they offer and back it up even better with their service. Comms are prompt, clear and genuine. The scents I chose unfortunately didn't work out for me, but they stood behind their promises and came to a fair resolution for me, being from the other side of the world from the USA haha! I really appreciated this. Hard to find such good service these days, but HOK have it! Their scents are amazing and really do last longer than the big-buck brands.
