Happy HowlWhere it started:Rocky changedeverything andI never set out to start a dog food company. My husky Rocky had the worst stomach on the planet. Years of vet visits, prescription diets, and hundreds spent on premium food brands. We tried everything. Nothing worked. So I decided to build it myself. 36 recipe iterations. Countless hours with vets and nutritionists. All chasing one question: what’s the best food we could possibly make for a dog? When we finally got it right, Rocky was the proof. He hasn't been sick in over 18 months. He runs three miles with me every morning. That's the standard every Happy Howl bowl is held to. Nothing less.Colin Buckley– Founder

Thank you for sharing your experience! 🐾 We’re sorry to hear Happy Howl wasn’t the right fit for Charlie, but we’re glad the food could be passed along for another pup to enjoy. 🤍 Every doggo has their own unique tastes, and we’d love the opportunity to learn more about Charlie and see if there’s another recipe or option that may be a better fit. Please reach out to our support team at [email protected] so we can help find something Charlie may enjoy! 🐶🐾 The Happy Howl Team

Ace's food came really fast! He seems to like the Grandma's Beef in Gravy & the Turkey!!! The Lamb not so much!! But there are times he won't eat any of it??? But I relate that to his age. He just turned 13 & it seems he thinks he in old age??? He just slowed down drastically a week before his birthday??? Seemed weird, so my wife is having him checked out at the Vet's!!! As far as the food issue, I ordered another 2 samplers to make sure this is what he likes??? He did not like the frozen food from Petco!! Ace is a very picky eater!!

No ability to resolve problems. Ai made to look human with a photo- no human reply despite asking. Also no way to reach a human - automated mail responses for over a year gives a different email to reply to - even when emailing the one it lists. Was given NO human reply upon contacting them re the passing of our dog despite asking for one & trying to escalate email as “ATTN Clyde”. Then was simply sent a label to return the last food that had arrived crushed. Had to box & struggle with 35+ lbs of food to UPS- for no refund yet- after losing our dog. NO REPLY to email with damage photos previous to this. At ONE point previously had an email reply from “Clyde” but never able to reach him again. NOTHING EVER IMPROVED IN A YEAR + This company is not what it pretends to be.
