They are a great company but my dogs…
They are a great company but my dogs would not even take one bite of any of the three flavors and I tried all three with both dogs. I bought the 18 pack and got the first time deal which meant unfortunately I could not return for a refund and I was sad I wasted my money but did donate to a local shelter because I am sure other dogs are not as picky as mine.

Samples are only that - Samples
Tried their sample packages. The variety was good but the boxes were small. If that is their full size product it is not worth the price. The sample pack was about #30.00 for the 3 samples. My dog weighs 28 pounds and devoured 1 box within a few minutes, and was still very hungry. For the price I just feel it would not be cost effective for me. I need something with larger portions for less money.

We completely understand how important it is to keep mealtime budget-friendly for a 28-lb pup! The sample pack is meant purely as a low-commitment taste test, which is why it comes out to nearly $10 per carton. However, when you choose our larger subscription case packs (which include 20% off every order), the cost drops significantly between $4 to $5 per carton. Since our food is dense and nutrient-rich, one full carton per day (split into two meals) provides total balanced nutrition for a 28-lb dog. We'd love to help you try a full case pack if you'd ever like to give it another shot, but thank you so much for giving our sample pack a try!

Supportive emails are helpful

Shipping problems
It was supposed to take 5 days to receive now I might get it after 11 days. How can that be safe?

We completely understand your concern—when food is delayed, safety is the first thing on your mind! We shipped your order the very day it was placed, and while an 11-day transit time is an unusual carrier delay that falls far short of our normal standards, we want to reassure you that your food is 100% safe. Our recipes are shelf-stable for up to 2 years and engineered to stay completely fresh in temperatures up to 119°F, so the extra time in transit won't affect its quality or safety at all. We are so sorry for the frustrating delay, and please reach out as soon as it arrives if you need anything else!
