The product is excellent, it's pricey, for sure! My issue is that , I am quite sure i didn't sign up for reoccurring deliveries, and I was never notified that a new shipment was being charged to my account, or given the opportunity to adjust my order. When trying to log in, the "code" was never sent to my email, after repeated efforts.

Our dog loves this!! She is usually picky but this is her favorite. The spoon needs to be slightly longer. I see why you provided one, but just a tad longer.

I have been making my own dog food for years. I'm getting up there in age, I'm tired. 57 still working full time. I still make my own food, but when I don't have time, or I have forgotten to take it out of the freezer... One box feeds all 3 of my Boston's for one meal. So convenient and they love it, they have never hesitated a second eating it. Let me also add, that my freezer has gone out on me twice! I lost so much food. No need to worry with this food.

This review is for their customer svc dept. I sent several emails requesting to pause or temporarily cancel subscription due to recent medical issue& finances. All went ignored. No response UNTIL after my order was chg& shipped for full variety pack ($183.00!). Then I tried to send back or request refund& nothing but harsh, non- empathetic sentences. Their suppose to advise you prior to order being shipped, they didn’t. They’re just about their $$& don’t care about the customer nor their current situation in life. Very disappointed in their customer service.

I was a bit hesitant about purchasing this food because I have very picky dogs. My dogs absolutely love it! I have to say that the quality is very good and smells great. I have recommended it to many of my friends.
