Start slow with the switch
The food arrived within a week of ordering. It smells really good but our dog was not real interested in it. We started slow and he is eating more each day.

Easy to use, not over processed
My dog-Prince Eddie-is a 15 lb Mini Schnauzer. Really picky!! He loves his Happy Howl as long as it is Lamb or Beef. Turkey he chokes down!! Easy to use-I cut the boxes into 1/3 as for his wt, he eats 2/3 of a box.

I emailed 3 times and di so the first…
I emailed 3 times and di so the first time I got the order...to please cancel it and refund me since my dogs will not touch it. I called my credit card finally and also they are still sending out another order. I also yesterday found a spot where to cancel. So please do the right thing...you can check the emails and I also have them in my sent mail which I would be happy to copy for you. Thank you for having the integrity with the product.

I don't like the price
I don't like the price I do like that it seems health I do like the shelf stability I don't like that it's not recyclable I don't like that my labrador who eats everything will eat it but doesn't seem to love it

We completely understand your concerns about pricing. We are happy to work with you to provide pricing on a topper meal plan. Happy Howl IS recyclable. There is an icon and statement on the side of the packaging that says "PLEASE RECYCLE." As for your Labrador, every pup has unique preferences, but we’re happy he’s still enjoying the food! Your feedback truly helps us improve, and we hope to continue earning both your and your pup’s satisfaction.

you are sending product before I order…
you are sending product before I order it. This will lose you a customer. I still had an unopened full order from the last shipment. I have 2 small dogs that are old and in poor health. I don`t want a lot of your product here when they pass. We will not ever have any more pets. The dogs are not liking the food very much.
