Happy HowlWhere it started:Rocky changedeverything andI never set out to start a dog food company. My husky Rocky had the worst stomach on the planet. Years of vet visits, prescription diets, and hundreds spent on premium food brands. We tried everything. Nothing worked. So I decided to build it myself. 36 recipe iterations. Countless hours with vets and nutritionists. All chasing one question: what’s the best food we could possibly make for a dog? When we finally got it right, Rocky was the proof. He hasn't been sick in over 18 months. He runs three miles with me every morning. That's the standard every Happy Howl bowl is held to. Nothing less.Colin Buckley– Founder

Great customer service, received Happy Howl promptly. I have a 14 yo Morky Her name is Misty. We had her on one of the expensive frozen foods. Thought we were feeding her the best. But she just laid around, had bad breath and poor joints nothing improved, and she would get sick with gastrointestinal issues. We switched her to Happy Howl. I thought I was imagining things. Now Misty loves all the recipes of Happy Howl! And she acts like a pup! She gets the zoomies! Runs around the house like crazy! Plays with her toys again! Breath has improved also! Oh sure she still lays in her favorite spot and takes her naps. But her eyes are more clear and alert. I have my Misty back. Yes she is 14 and I don’t know how much longer I will have her with me, but I will do everything I can to keep her safe, healthy, happy and she knows she is loved! ❤️🐾

My dogs did not take to well to this food. One of them developed pancreatitis and is now on prescription diet. I emailed the day I got charged which was a Sunday. Asked for the cancellation Sunday. They still shipped the package on Tuesday and ignored my request. Tuesday afternoon I finally received communication stating they could not issue refunds once the order shipped. It’s now Thursday and still no package and I’m told I cannot return it. $364 worth of food I can’t use and Happy Howl is unwilling to have the box shipped back. Seems profit over your pups is most important to them.

We are truly sorry to hear about your dog’s health issues and the difficulties you’ve experienced with your order. We understand how stressful this must be, and we sincerely apologize for the miscommunication regarding your cancellation request. Your concerns are very important to us.
