Happy HowlWhere it started:Rocky changedeverything andI never set out to start a dog food company. My husky Rocky had the worst stomach on the planet. Years of vet visits, prescription diets, and hundreds spent on premium food brands. We tried everything. Nothing worked. So I decided to build it myself. 36 recipe iterations. Countless hours with vets and nutritionists. All chasing one question: what’s the best food we could possibly make for a dog? When we finally got it right, Rocky was the proof. He hasn't been sick in over 18 months. He runs three miles with me every morning. That's the standard every Happy Howl bowl is held to. Nothing less.Colin Buckley– Founder

The subscription service makes it so easy to get. Only problem with last order, two boxes were crushed. My dog loves the variety pack. She never gets bored with it.

It smelled so inviting. My two older Labs loved it. The younger one prefers dry food.

I was already feeding my dogs something very similar, but I was making it myself and had to freeze or refrigerate it. At the time, I had the space for that. Right when I was about to move and downsize, I discovered Happy Howl. I started mixing my homemade food with Happy Howl, and my Pomeranians (“the kids”) had no problem with it — they loved it just as much as the food I made for them! I’m so happy that they love it (especially the beef and lamb), that it’s shelf-stable, packed with nutrients, and that the company even provides bags for when you open it — plus those long spoons are a great touch. They truly thought of everything. The only things I add on the side are probiotics and pumpkin, and their poops are always solid and easy to clean up. Thank you, Happy Howl! 🐶💛

This is the first time our dog is eating good after several trials of different dog food brand. So we are happy with it and we can actually identify the ingredient,

Well let me just say I was very disappointed with the outcome of my last order. Had an issue with the total of order. I used a promo code it was for first timers but I wasn’t, I tried the code and it took so I placed an order for 2 cases since the code worked. I then paid with PayPal reviewed the order but one I got to confirm it dropped the promo code which then made my order extremely over priced. So once I saw that I then immediately tried to cancel it. I called the number that was given through PayPal but that was a joke of course no one answered. So I immediately went to their website to chat with someone but that was another joke. All they do is generate a claim ticket. So no one from customer support bothered to call. The very next day I get a text that order is ready to ship. Still I tried and could not reach anyone. After it was shipped I finally had someone reach out but now of course it was too late. I explained the situation about the glitch that took place I told them at that price I couldn’t afford it. All they wanted to do was give me 10% discount on next order. I stated that I received another generated text message offering me a 30% discount which I would of appreciated if they could of applied the credit to my current order. They don’t seem to do that only to future orders. Well after this there will no longer be any more Orders. Very dissatisfied.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration. It sounds like there were several issues with the promo code, order confirmation, and reaching our customer support, this is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and want to make sure this is addressed so future orders don’t cause the same stress. While we understand your decision, if you’d like, we can review your situation personally to see if there’s any way to provide a fair resolution for this order.
