Happy HowlWhere it started:Rocky changedeverything andI never set out to start a dog food company. My husky Rocky had the worst stomach on the planet. Years of vet visits, prescription diets, and hundreds spent on premium food brands. We tried everything. Nothing worked. So I decided to build it myself. 36 recipe iterations. Countless hours with vets and nutritionists. All chasing one question: what’s the best food we could possibly make for a dog? When we finally got it right, Rocky was the proof. He hasn't been sick in over 18 months. He runs three miles with me every morning. That's the standard every Happy Howl bowl is held to. Nothing less.Colin Buckley– Founder

I love the convenience of this shelf-stable pup food. My dogs, usually with a couple of fosters included, love this food. It’s been a great addition to our pack.

That makes us so happy to hear! 🐾 With your own pups and fosters coming through, it sounds like your pack is always growing, so having an easy option on hand can make mealtime a little simpler. We’re so grateful to be part of your crew! ❤️

I am so pleased with Happy Howls meals for my dog. I was previously cooking & portioning & freezing homemade food for her but it was so time-consuming. I feel confident that I am providing nutritious & 😋 delicious meals using these pre-made packaged yet fresh ingredients provided by Happy Howl. Its the best of both worlds ***** My Chantilly is a Happy dog tooo ***

We love hearing this! 🐾 It sounds like you put so much care into Chantilly’s meals before, so we’re especially happy that Happy Howl has made mealtime a little easier without sacrificing that homemade feel. And most importantly, a happy Chantilly makes for a very happy Happy Howl team! Give her some extra love from us. 💕

My doggy loves the happy owl food. He say 12 pound Chihuahua and he gobbles it down. I used to feed him Purina beyond. He likes us even better.

A 12-pound Chihuahua who knows exactly what he likes! 😂🐾 We’re so happy he’s giving Happy Howl two paws up. There’s nothing better than seeing a little pup get excited when mealtime rolls around. Give him some extra love from us! ❤️

I can't give an honest review if I haven't received the product yet!🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️
Response from Happy HowlAug 21, 2026
Totally understandable! You should definitely have the product in hand before giving it an honest review. 😊 Shipping should typically take 2–5 days depending on the carrier, so let me check on your order right away and see where things stand. I’ll find out what’s going on and make sure we get you an update! Warm Wags, Rachel The Happy Howl Team

I was shorted a box of 36. I received 3 out of 4 boxes and I'm bring told to check with my neighbors and wait 2 days to see if it shows up. Seriously? I've never had part of a shipment just "show up" a couple of days late. I think you customer service needs to be re-evaluated. My dog loves the food and I want to say that on tiktok but I would if I don't believe in the company behind the product.

When I did the math on the shipment quantity, I realized it was only going to equal three weeks of food versus four weeks since I have a large breed dog. I was having trouble figuring out how to adjust the shipment so I wouldn’t run out of food at the end of the month. When I sent an email to their support, they were so very helpful and were able to adjust the shipment time to every three weeks so that I would not run out by the end of the month. I’m excited to see how this natural fresh food works for my dog. He seems to love it, but I need to make sure he doesn’t end up with an upset stomach, diarrhea or any of the other issues he’s had from time to time.

We’re so glad we could help get your deliveries lined up with your big guy’s appetite! 🐾 Larger pups can definitely make the math a little trickier, so we’re happy we could take that off your plate. We’re excited for him to keep enjoying his Happy Howl and hope mealtime stays a happy part of his day! ❤️

Overall, my dogs like the food, but it is a little pricey and delivery is a little slow!
Response from Happy HowlAug 21, 2026
Hi there! I’m so glad to hear your dogs are enjoying the food! 🐾 I completely understand wanting to make sure you’re getting the best value, especially with the cost. I also wanted to mention that we had a little shipping hiccup this past week, so I completely understand the frustration there. Normally, standard shipping takes about 2–5 days depending on the carrier. Since you’re currently receiving an 18-pack every 3 weeks for $92, another option would be moving up to our 36-pack for $167.20. That gives you more food at a lower cost per carton, and you could simply push your shipments out to a longer interval so you’re still receiving food at the pace your dogs need it. If you’d like, I’d be happy to help figure out what delivery schedule would make the most sense for you with the 36-pack! 😊 Warm Wags, Rachel The Happy Howl Team
