5 star all around!
The help from start to finish was excellent and super helpful! All my questions got answered. Packaging was great. Love the shelf-life. The instructions to transfer to this good were helpful as well.

Return Policy
My dog doesn’t like one of the recipes and the company won’t accept a return or offer a refund because my order included a discount.

Our policy states that discounted orders are non-refundable, which is why we aren’t able to offer a refund in this instance. We sincerely apologize for any disappointment this may cause. We do want to help you make the most of your purchase. If you’d like, we can provide guidance on how to mix the recipes, rotate meals, or incorporate it as a topper with your dog’s current food so they can still enjoy the flavors they like. This is wonderful dog food
This is wonderful dog food. My dog is an older rescue chihuahua. I struggled with his digestive issues for the first 8 months I had him, on and off puking and diarrhea, the vet couldn't find anything wrong. I bought higher end food at the time and nothing helped. Once I switched him to Happy Howl brand all the issues went away and he has been fine since. We are going on 3 years now.

Customer service has been great my dogs…
Customer service has been great my dogs love the food they have better bowel movement and I even catch the cat eating from my small dogs bowl when I serve the lamb I would highly recommend that you try it and see for yourself thank you Happy Howl

My picky little Chihuahuas finally…
My picky little Chihuahuas finally found food they gobble down. It’s easily packaged and I can open w scissors at the top of the carton. Customer service is stellar quality with a live person phone calling me & emails. The food smells and looks like a hearty stew.

My pups really love you food
My pups really love you food. I have tried other brands similar to yours,yet, what stands out is how fresh it is without storing it in the refrigerator. Great flavors especially the lamb.
