It is great ..my senior dogs love it
The food is great for my senior dogs … They love it ….as I like to rotate foods for them to keep it fresh .. they seem to gobble it up and the company is Jonny on the spot with delivery after you put the order in which is greatly appreciated ..

Happy Howl has made my feeding experience with my golden retriever Nala a wonderful good morning routine. Nala can't wait to eat her breakfast and let's not forget about dinner. Pick eater, not anymore. Nala can't wait to eat!!!!. Thank you! HAPPY HOWL!!!

I canceled in June
I canceled in June , sent an email. You keep charging us. I have now hired an attorney after your email last week denying it and me sending the original email for you to see. And then you had the nerve to say I didn’t do it!

We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused. We take your concern very seriously. I have looked into your subscription and it appears that it was canceled in October. If you created another subscription under another email, that may be the problem. Thank you for your patience, and we deeply regret the stress this situation has caused. [email protected].

SAME FLAVOR
All the food was the SAME FLAVOR. My dog needs VARIETY on a regular basis.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad your pup enjoys Happy Howl, but we understand that receiving only one flavor isn’t ideal when variety is important. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We’d love to help ensure your future orders include a variety of flavors that your dog enjoys. Please reach out to our customer care team so we can adjust your subscription or order to provide the mix your pup needs. Thank you for being part of the Happy Howl family, and for giving us the chance to make mealtime more exciting for your dog.
