First off I Love their product! If I have to contact them I get immediate feedback and on any question or concern. I had an issue with UPS shorting a package. HH helped me with the paperwork and follow up. I was shocked when HH replaced that product. When UPS found the case I contacted HH to try to pay for the replacement product they told me no charge so I used it to feed abandoned pups I found and let them know. They truly care and I recommend them constantly
