Happy HowlWhere it started:Rocky changedeverything andI never set out to start a dog food company. My husky Rocky had the worst stomach on the planet. Years of vet visits, prescription diets, and hundreds spent on premium food brands. We tried everything. Nothing worked. So I decided to build it myself. 36 recipe iterations. Countless hours with vets and nutritionists. All chasing one question: what’s the best food we could possibly make for a dog? When we finally got it right, Rocky was the proof. He hasn't been sick in over 18 months. He runs three miles with me every morning. That's the standard every Happy Howl bowl is held to. Nothing less.Colin Buckley– Founder

My dogs love it. It’s easy to travel with too. Not having to freeze and defrost is so nice!

You packed the meals up to send to Big Guys, Little World Sanctuary. Bobby loves how the pups love this food. Wish my pups could try it mind you they don't eat Chicken or beef without getting tummy aches. My pups do eat sweet potatoes and duck.

Thank you so much for sharing! We’re thrilled that Bobby and the pups at Big Guys, Little World Sanctuary are enjoying Happy Howl. For your pups, since they do well with duck and sweet potatoes, we’d love to help you find a feeding plan that works for them. While we currently don’t offer duck recipes, we can keep you updated if we introduce new proteins in the future so your pups can join in the fun too!

I love this brand! The ease of storage and use along with my pup absolutely loving it makes it my choice. I have tried the others (frozen stuff) But happy howl is the best!!

My 10-year-old Jack Russell loves the food. I love that it doesn’t need to be refrigerated until it’s opened. The boxes come on time each time.

Customer service needs to actually read the entire comment before they respond and react. I explained why I was disappointed on the sample box due to my dog's lack of interest and followed that asking before I cancel I wanted to know if we had tried all the types 1st. Within a couple minutes got back what seemed very automated explaining how fo cancel the subscription. I emailed back asking if anyone is actually reading these and get an email back that they went ahead and cancelled my subscription. I guess I'll just keep it that way if I can't get a simple answer. 🤷♀️

I completely understand your frustration, and I really appreciate you taking the time to explain the situation. It sounds like we missed addressing your question before taking action, and that’s not the experience we want for our customers. Feel free to give us a call or connect us at [email protected] so we can help reactivate your subscription and provide feeding tips!

I have only tried the beef and the turkey so far. Both dogs seemed to really like each kind. However, they do that with all foods and later refuse to eat the same food. I think they like variety. They eat alot of human grade food and it's all gently cooked. They are not fond of peas, potatoes and blueberries. They will eat pumpkin, green beans, and some sweet potato. They prefer meat and some fish. I still have to try the lamb variety so I will see what they prefer. It is easy to store and use!

Thank you for sharing all those details! It sounds like your dogs really enjoy a variety, which makes Happy Howl’s different flavors a great fit. The lamb variety might be a fun one to try next since it offers a new protein while keeping mealtime exciting. We’re glad the packaging and ease of use are making things simple for you too!
