My toothless ShihTzu loves the food. Even my Bichon/ShihTzu does. Great that I don’t have to store in freezer.

A family friend gave me a few boxes for…
A family friend gave me a few boxes for my dog and he would cry at dinner time because he got so excited so I had to make the jump and get Happy Howl, he's going to happy howling all the time now. :]

They LIKE it!
Both of my suddenly picky, nine-year-old chihuahuas like this food, so we are going to stick with it, even though it is pricey. I do mix in a small amount of less expensive freeze-dried raw kibble to stretch it a bit. I find the packaging awkward and messy, and that is the sole reason that I gave it only 4 stars.

I ordered the 3 pack trial and was sent…
I ordered the 3 pack trial and was sent only 2 packs. When I reached out to customer service, they wanted “proof” of what was sent. By the time the got back to me, I had already recycled the box it came in, and taken the 2 packs of food and put in airtight, sealed canisters in the fridge and discarded the packaging. Ow, the won’t offer to send me the additional pack I ordered and paid for, or send me a credit. If it’s this much trouble in the beginning, I can’t and won’t do business this way. I have shared the box wasn’t damaged, and that this was an oversight on their part. It’s exhausting trying to make things right anymore.
