My dog loves the food but…
My dog loves the food but they would not stop or refund a shipment that they sent notice about the day it was shipped! no time to decline it, so now I have enough food for a year that I have to store somewhere.

We’re glad to hear your dog loves Happy Howl! Regarding your concern about the shipment, we do send upcoming order emails 2 days prior to shipping so our customers have the chance to make changes or cancel. If an order isn’t canceled within that window, unfortunately we’re unable to stop the shipment once it’s in process.

My Boston Terrier is a picky eater
My Boston Terrier is a picky eater. She ate 1/3 of the Turkey and wouldn’t touch the Beef. They look good and smell good and I am sad she won’t eat it. I haven’t tried the Lamb but I’m afraid this is not the food for her. Thank you for having a trial package. I wish more Dog food companies would make smaller packaging. I don’t like returning food but it’s mostly sold in large quantities. A 4 to 5 pound option would be great.

We’re glad you tried the sample pack, it’s exactly for situations like this with picky eaters! You could also try mixing a little Happy Howl with her regular food, sometimes that makes it more appealing for picky pups.

My Frenchie is very picky
My Frenchie is very picky. I’ve tried farmers. Ollie, pet table. Wouldn’t eat none. He loves happy howl.

Its a Winner!
This is the first time my dog jumps up and down waiting for me to give her, her food. So happy she loves it that much.
