We've been feeding our Aussiedoodle for…
We've been feeding our Aussiedoodle for about three weeks and she loves the food. She is excited about meal time.

Picky dogs don’t run over and eat the food
I received my dog food order. Put a tablespoon of dog food on the plate. My dogs smelled it and walked away. I have 2 small chihuahuas. I will keep trying but I have to put fresh cooked chicken on the plate to get them to eat.

We know how particular small dogs (especially chihuahuas!) can be, so this is completely understandable. It’s actually very common for pups to be cautious with a new food at first. You’re doing a great thing by continuing to try. A few gentle tips that often help picky eaters: • Mix Happy Howl with the fresh chicken rather than placing it separately • Start with a very small amount and gradually increase • Slightly warming the food can enhance the aroma • Use it as a topper while they adjust

Just getting started
My order was delivered promptly and a Happy Howl representative reached out to me right after my order. I am trying now to get my picky little guy to eat ... which is proving to be a challenge. I started with the turkey. So far he isn't having it. I will try it again and then try the lamb.

Some pups just need a little extra encouragement when adjusting to something new. A few tricks that often help: • Mix a small amount with a food he already loves • Add as a topper rather than serving alone • Slightly warm it to enhance the aroma • Start very small and gradually increase

It makes you're life easier and you dog healthier. WinWin !
Easy to order and affordable. Also like that money go to animals in need. I switched from Farmer Dog. She just got sick of flavor I think. She would eat it if I put stuff on top but I didn't really want to do that any more. She likes Happy Howl. I like not worrying about taking food out of freezer to thaw.

A Dog’s Reaction Doesn’t Lie!
We just became customers with Happy Howl because I was looking for something better than kibble for my girls (especially for my Frenchie). The process has been smooth and easy from the very beginning. One of our boxes of beef stew was missing from a delivery (through no fault of Happy Howl), and they replaced the box on the very next shipment. Also, my somewhat picky Australian Shepherd was obsessed from the moment we received our first box. I took one of the containers of food out and let each of our girls smell it. Both our Lab and Frenchie were immediately excited about the new food. Well, Aspen decided to one-up them by grabbing the box from my hand, taking it to her bed, and then trying to figure out how to open it! This girl! Every time we are prepping her food, she is whining because we just cannot move fast enough for her highness. To say that she loves this food is an understatement! Our other two girls love the food as well!
