Happy HowlWhere it started:Rocky changedeverything andI never set out to start a dog food company. My husky Rocky had the worst stomach on the planet. Years of vet visits, prescription diets, and hundreds spent on premium food brands. We tried everything. Nothing worked. So I decided to build it myself. 36 recipe iterations. Countless hours with vets and nutritionists. All chasing one question: what’s the best food we could possibly make for a dog? When we finally got it right, Rocky was the proof. He hasn't been sick in over 18 months. He runs three miles with me every morning. That's the standard every Happy Howl bowl is held to. Nothing less.Colin Buckley– Founder

Our dog loves the food. Bugs us to eat and licks the bowl clean.

Huge shipping problem due to you sending package with signature required. I was not home..stupid. I may not ever order from you again due to all my time wasted trying to get this matter straightened out. I still do not have the package but did finally speak with a UPS agent to redirect the shipment to my home. Not a happy customer.
Response from Happy HowlFeb 16, 2026
We completely understand how upsetting it is to deal with a delayed delivery, especially when a signature is required. We appreciate you taking the time to redirect the shipment with UPS, and we’re sorry this disrupted your experience with us. Your feedback is important, and we’ll review our shipping options to help prevent issues like this in the future. We hope your pups enjoy their meals once the package arrives, and we appreciate your patience.

Oh my gosh, my puppy is IN LOVE with his new food! I switched over without any integration (not on purpose but unfortunately how it turned out) and we've had zero problems. He gets so excited for meal time now that he jumps and twirls in excitement. He also tries to eat the dang bowl - no, I'm serious - continuing to lick the empty bowl until I have to take it away! Even though it's spendy I would have to say its 100% worth it.

We’re thrilled your puppy is absolutely in love with Happy Howl, the jumping, twirling, and licking-the-bowl enthusiasm says it all. We completely understand that it’s an investment, but knowing your pup is healthy, happy, and excited for every meal makes it 100% worth it. Thank you for sharing your experience and for being part of the Happy Howl family.

I entered a discount code but customer service says i entered it on a duplicate subscription. explained it was clearly mistake and they agreed but wouldn't refund the amount or apply discount to correct subscription. i asked if it could be credit to my account for next order. customer service said no. so i am cancelling my acct. due to poor customer service !!
Response from Happy HowlFeb 16, 2026
Sorry to hear you are frustrated. Our policy states that the 40% off discount applies for one order per customer, meaning you can not use the code multiple times on other subscriptions.
