The Best!
Fantastic food — my granddog literally hops with excitement every time a meal is served. The customer service is excellent, and it’s absolutely worth the cost. Sorry....er, NOT sorry, for overthrowing the kibble regime and installing Happy Howl while I was dogsitting!

I spent six days trying to cancel the…
I spent six days trying to cancel the order and it arrived anyway and I’ve not gotten word back about how to send it back. I am very distressed and I cannot afford the money that you’ve taken from me so I hope to be reimbursed soon.

Candida, It shows you reached out to use this past Saturday and a team member contacted you the following day on Sunday which we stated your subscription had been canceled. If you need us to forward the email chain we are happy to do so.

They seem to like it
They seem to like it, but only had I serving. We will see. I have very picky dogs.

Very smooth ordering experience
The ordering process was very smooth, and effortless. My fur babies are somewhat picky and are fans of the beef but not the lamb. That's why I love the variety packet to ensure they will like before buying.

We're a Happy Household with Healthy Food
My dog and I are very happy with Happy Howl. She loves the taste; I love the convenience of no refrigeration. Its smell and texture is much better than traditional canned food, and the easy-open packaging takes up less space and is great for traveling.
