I was happy with pretty much everything. Packaging, convenience, customer service, my dogs loved it. I was just really disappointed when I discovered the high grain and starch content. Because I believe the issues that these levels of grains and starch can trigger in my dogs health. I sadly feel it’s not a good choice for us. Cancelled my subscription and am still looking.
