Sometimes the food comes almost liquid like. I am guessing from transport it's sat in the heat to long. My dogs won't eat it like that. Sometimes the box is full of ants also. But the majority of the time it's good. Thanks, Deb P.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! Because our recipes are cooked directly inside each carton, there can occasionally be slight variations in consistency from batch to batch, but it remains safe for your pups. However, having ants in your box is completely unacceptable! Please send photos of the damaged box and cartons to [email protected] right away so our team can investigate this issue with the shipping carrier and make things right for you.
