Happy Howl = Happy Campers
What can I say? Happy Howl dog food is so convenient, travel friendly, fairly priced, gets delivered to my house…and my dog still licks his lips at every feeding after months of use!

We’re really glad Happy Howl is making things easier for you day to day: convenient, travel-friendly, and reliably delivered. Even more importantly, it’s amazing to hear your dog is still excited for every meal after months of eating it that consistency of enthusiasm is exactly what we hope for.

The packaging is horrible
The packaging is horrible! Too inconsistent and difficult to open, and very difficult to get all the food out of the package.
Response from Happy HowlApr 13, 2026
I’m sorry the packaging has been difficult to work with. Our support team can help [email protected].

My pup is doing so much better!
I have been a customer for only a month, but my diabetic 13 year old pup is doing so much better! Her blood sugar is stable, she's brighter and now is playing with her toys again! The only thing that bothered me, was my auto ship was scheduled for a certain date, and I didn't receive my order for three days later. I was worried that I would run out.

Thank you so much for sharing this—and I’m really glad to hear your pup is doing brighter and playing again. That’s incredibly meaningful, especially with a diabetic senior dog. Our customer support team can help get your subscription back on track [email protected].

Bad food and customer service
Our dog did not like most of the food so I tried to cancel. They make it very difficult to do so and require that you confirm it several times. Apparently the first time it didn’t go through and I got an order sent anyway. They refused to cancel it or take it back unopened. They also of course refuse to reimburse me. I will never order from them again.
Response from Happy HowlApr 13, 2026
For clarity, per our return policy, we do not offer refunds or returns in cases where a customer’s dog does not like the food, as the product is perishable once shipped and we cannot restock it.

Order and delivery spot on and Sam…
Order and delivery spot on and Sam loves the lamb bowls. So glad I tried this product.
Response from Happy HowlApr 10, 2026
We’re really glad everything is running smoothly with your orders and delivery, and even more glad that Sam is loving the lamb. That’s a great favorite to hear come up so often.

The product is good and my one dog…
The product is good and my one dog likes it, but my other one is fussy and didn't.
Response from Happy HowlApr 10, 2026
We’re glad at least one of your dogs is enjoying Happy Howl, even if the other one is a bit more selective. That’s actually pretty common, especially with fussy eaters, some dogs just take longer to warm up to new textures or flavors.
