My dogs love this food!
My dogs love this food! The company has great customer service. Any time I've reached out with questions, they are quick to respond. You can tell the quality of the food is excellent.

My dogs won't touch this food
My dogs won't touch this food. They'd rather go hungry. Its full of rice! You can't get a refund unless your a first time buyer and only paid full price. You couln't have subscribed or used a discount code. It shows you how much they believe in their product. This stuff is disgusting!

We are sorry to hear that your dogs aren’t enjoying the food, we know how frustrating and concerning that can be, especially when they refuse to eat. Our recipes are carefully formulated with balanced, whole-food ingredients. While rice is included as a digestible carbohydrate for energy and gut health, it only makes up about 8% of the recipe. That said, we understand that every dog has different preferences, and not every recipe will be a perfect fit. Regarding your concerns about our refund policy, we aim to be as transparent as possible with our terms, which are outlined at the time of purchase.

Have received moldy boxes!
Have received moldy boxes! Contacted you 1-10-26 by email. You replied back saying you would send replacements with next order. I have received my order but no replacements. I tried calling you but line’s busy and to call back. I have been trying email with your AI no luck. Because of this issue I have canceled my subscription. 2 different orders I never received a spoon. Last order you said would be $84.15 your charged $90.04.

I do want to clarify that our team has sent replacement cartons per your request. We’re more than happy to share any documentation and tracking information related to those replacement shipments so you can review the details. In some cases, when cartons are not handled properly during transit, the packaging can become damaged. If a carton develops a hole or is compromised in any way, it can unfortunately lead to spoilage or mold. While this is outside of our control once it leaves our facility, we still take situations like this very seriously. I also sincerely apologize for the trouble you’ve had reaching us — that’s not the experience we want for our customers. My dogs love happy howl. They literally howl until the bowls hit the ground. It’s definitely not a quiet house at 5:30 am 😆

Just to clarify, you can cancel directly through your subscription by: •Logging into your account •Going to your Subscription / Manage Subscription section •Selecting Cancel Subscription (or pausing/skipping if preferred) •A confirmation email will be sent to you

I'm just happy my dogs will eat this. Especially if I warm it up a bit. They are very spoiled.
