Sometimes the delivery is late for…
Sometimes the delivery is late for numerous reasons, like weather… Unfortunately, I then have to make food for the dog from ground turkey and frozen veggies. I ordered a larger order from you to help with this situation. Otherwise, she LOVES the food and can’t wait to eat!

We are so thrilled to hear that she is absolutely loving her food and can’t wait to eat! We are so sorry that unpredictable shipping delays like weather have put you in a pinch, but ordering a larger size is a fantastic way to build a pantry buffer so you never have to worry about running out. Please remember we are always here to help adjust your subscription or offer suggestions anytime you need a hand!

My dog won’t eat it
My dog won’t eat it. I have two cases of it. I want to cancel it and I’ve been having a hard time canceling. That’s my biggest complaint. I need to cancel it. Thank you very much.

The sample boxes came very fast
The sample boxes came very fast. I just today gave my dog Oliver half of the turkey flabor mixed with his regular dog food and he seems to like it. Didn't eat it all, but that's just how he does it sometimes. lol He's good at self-regulating what he needs.

We love a dog who knows exactly what he needs! Oliver sounds like a wonderfully smart pup, and we are so glad he enjoyed trying out the turkey flavor with his regular meals. Thank you so much for giving our samples a try, and we hope Oliver continues to love his healthy mix-ins!

Both our inside dogs love this food
Both our inside dogs love this food. The only thing I would like to see is a perforation at least 1/2 box because each one gets 1/2 a box a day. It's a little tough for my wife to guess 1/2. Usually it's way off.

Thanks for sharing such helpful feedback! We love that your pups are fans, but we hear you on the half-box guessing game. A great way to get it exact every time is to weigh the portions—each carton is 14.6 oz, so aiming for 7.3 oz on a kitchen scale will give you a perfect half-serving without the guesswork. We'll definitely keep your packaging idea in mind!

My dog loved the beef stew
My dog loved the beef stew. Slowly adding it to his dry food was a great suggestion. I'll see how he likes the other flavors.

Thank you for the awesome feedback! We are so glad our transition tip helped your pup enjoy his first taste of Happy Howl Beef Stew. We hope the other recipes bring that exact same empty-bowl excitement to his mealtime routine!
