My dogs are always so excited to eat Happy Howl. I have been a customer for a couple years now

This completely made our day! There is truly no better compliment than a long-term customer whose dogs still jump for joy when it's time to eat. Thank you so much for the fantastic shoutout and for letting us nourish your pups for the last few years. Cheers to many more years of health, happiness, and empty bowls together!

Absolutely no complaints
Absolutely no complaints! If my Bella loves it then we are all happy campers!
Response from Happy HowlJun 12, 2026
This completely made our day! It’s funny how a happy pup has a way of making the whole family happy, too. We are absolutely thrilled that Bella gave her food a double paws-up and that mealtime is a total breeze for you. Cheers to many more empty bowls and happy days ahead with Bella!

My dog loves this food
My dog loves this food. She has a lot of skin and allergy issues, but so far she is doing very well on this food.

This is beautiful to hear! Thank you for the fantastic review. We are so glad that Happy Howl is passing her taste test and, more importantly, helping her feel her absolute best from the inside out. Cheers to many more empty bowls and healthy, itch-free days ahead for your pup!

Dogs love it!
The dogs love it and I love that it’s shelf, stable and more affordable than several other options I have tried

auto delivery works very well and I get a discount. The only recommendation is to improve your website navigation experience (changing auto ship, adding more, skipping a shipment, etc). I forgot to add that my dogs love the food (Lamb), and, their tummy issues got all cleared up. They are Doodles and Doodles are prone to stomach issues - but not anymore!
Response from Happy HowlJun 12, 2026
Thank you for the honest and helpful feedback! We’re so glad the auto-delivery savings are hitting the mark for you. We are always looking for ways to elevate our pack members' experience, and we are taking your recommendations regarding website navigation straight to our development team to make managing shipments much smoother. Thank you for your support and for helping us grow!

Wayne is a very picky eater
Wayne is a very picky eater. I opened the Beef Stew and he did not hesitate to dig in. He is 4.5 lbs and 4 hours later hit me with the hungry stare. He gobbled down his second portion in record time I was skeptical but now I will be ordering again
Response from Happy HowlJun 12, 2026
Thank you for sharing Wayne's amazing turnaround! Picky pups definitely know exactly what they want, so seeing him dig right in without hesitation is the best news ever. It sounds like our Beef Stew passed his strict taste test with flying colors! We love that we could turn your skepticism into a winning routine for your little guy. Cheers to many more empty bowls ahead!

Made my dog super gassy and then they…
Made my dog super gassy and then they auto shipped me $400 in dog food two weeks after my 1st order. The rep I talked to you on the phone was not helpful at all. He said I could not return the dog food because they could not guarantee the quality of the food. Was supposed to text me back about a discount on what I paid and I never heard anything back.
Response from Happy HowlJun 14, 2026
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are sorry to hear that the food caused gas for your dog and that our phone communication did not meet expectations. We sent out an automated reminder notice two days prior to processing to help manage shipment dates, but we understand this timeline did not align with your needs. For safety and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on fulfilled shipments. We appreciate your feedback regarding the missing text update, as it helps us review our customer care processes.
