My dog loves the food and can’t wait…
My dog loves the food and can’t wait for me to fill her bowl and put it down for her! I love the fact that she loves it, but that it is healthy. My only problem so far is that my last shipment was late getting here. Other than that all is good!!

This food arrived MOLDED
This food arrived MOLDED! I ordered a box full and found several units with mold! I called and they refused to accept a return stating that since I unsubscribed they have no reason to help since I am no longer a customer. Their customer service was extremely rude, lack understanding, and were even insulting. This is how they treat their customers who supported their business. What a disgusting company.

The picky pup struggle is so real, and it can be incredibly frustrating when they tease you by loving a food at first, only to change their mind later! We are glad the shipping was fast and that the meals looked great to you, but we are sorry our recipes couldn't keep your dog's interest for the long haul. The search for the perfect food takes a lot of patience. We wish you the best of luck finding a meal that passes his sniff test permanently!

All is good
All is good. Price is still a little high for people like me, but, everything about it is real good. I use only beef and lamb for my baby. Unfortunately, she reacts to turkey. I love that I can shelf store it. My GiGi really enjoys it.

My picky eaters finally ate!
your food has helped my picky eater eating it and i'm so grateful. my dogs didn't like and WOULDNT eat other "home made" products such as OLLIE, Pets Table, Farmer's Dog, JustFoodForDogs and etc until i heard about your company. I will be continuing ordering from you! Just tid a bit expensive for 36 packs. One time discount for first time was helpful but should peovide discount for continuous subscription. Your delivery is also very quick !! Thank you!
