Buy with a promo & your stuck
My dog won’t touch the food no matter how I try to introduce it. HH replaced my order with other flavors my dog still won’t go near. Because I bought the food using a promo, they wouldn’t let me return it. This is no way to retain customers… there will be other dogs in my life (I rescue) and now I will never try this food again. I give 3 stars because they swapped flavors, hoping my dog would eat the food. Only 3 stars because they would not allow a return solely because I bought with a promo. Shame on HH for having such ridiculous policy!
