The packaging was great. The delivery was fine unfortunately my dog would not touch it. Not because there was anything wrong with the food, it smelled good, It looked good. My dog is just very old and picky. I thought I would try it because it is definitely more healthier than any canned food or grocery store kibble. Customer service took care of what I purchased. No questions asked. Great company.

Some of the food I received was almost liquid while the rest were solid. I’m sticking with happy howl because of the shelf life and overall integrity of the product as compared to others, but admit this sometimes happens and also the starchy rice content can be high in some batches

Great food. My dog loves it and he is a very picky Papillion. Delivery was excellent, I love how the boxes are easy to open and just fold up when needing to store opened pouches.

My dog loves the food but it is very sticky and hard to get out of the box. I am not liking that it contains carageenan!

Second order from them and we had the food shipped to a different address since we are out of town for 3 months! No problems at all!! Doggies love their food and so much easier than Farmers Dog.

My dog loves the food and it is one, of very few, that doesn't include salmon oil, which she is allergic to. The food used to come with a long spoon to make it easier to clean out the bottom of the box but, now that no spoon is included, I use a table knife and that works good. The food is very convenient for traveling with.
