That quick little fold-and-store convenience is definitely one of our favorite features too! We know firsthand how chaotic kitchen counters can get at pet mealtime, so making our packaging simple, clean, and fridge-friendly was a top priority for us. Thank you so much for noticing the little details, and we are so thrilled to have you and your pup in our pack!

Hi Jeanette, Thanks for reaching out! We do not have a case pack available for 10 Turkey (20 meals) and 5 Beef (10 meals). The closest available is an 18 Unit Case (36 meals) split 50/50 between Turkey and Beef. Will this work for you and your pups? Best, Devon The Happy Howl Team

We love hearing this so much! When the pups are happy, the whole house is happy. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for trusting us with their nutrition and for letting us know that our food is hitting the mark. We look forward to keeping those empty bowls and happy tails wagging!

Thanks so much for your feedback, and we are sorry Turkey is not a hit! The good news is this is actually pretty common and there are a few things we can try to help encourage your pup again. If these do not work, we can also adjust your subscription to Beef + Turkey only. Feeding Tips to Try -Start small & mix in: Try mixing a small amount of the food with something your pup already enjoys (like their previous food) and gradually increase the amount over a few days -Warm it up: Slightly warming the food can enhance the aroma and make it more enticing in a microwave safe bowl for 10 seconds (NOT in the packaging) -Add a topper: A splash of low-sodium bone broth, or even a little plain boiled chicken can help spark interest -Stick to a schedule: Offer the food for about 15–20 minutes, then pick it up if your pup doesn’t eat. This can help reinforce mealtime routines -Hand feeding (short-term): Sometimes offering a few bites by hand can help reintroduce the food in a positive way Let us know if you’d like to give these a try, and we're here to support you every step of the way! Giving your dog time to transition to Happy Howl means you’re giving their body the chance to adjust gently, leading to better digestion, improved energy, and long-term health benefits.
