Shipping is a problem. On automatic shipment. Stuck in WA. I’ve contacted customer service a few times. No response. I just want a refund at this point.

Stubborn eaters can definitely be a test of patience, but here are two tried-and-true tips to get her interested: A Gradual Introduction: Try a 'half meal plan' by mixing a 50/50 portion of Happy Howl with her current favorite food. Release the Aromas: Since our food is shelf-stable, try warming a portion up slightly or adding a splash of warm water. It brings out the delicious, fresh scents that picky dogs find hard to resist! He loved it! Shipment came quickly and it is great to be able to put it on the shelf instead of refrigerator or freezer. I was surprised to see the size of the container. It is not enough for our dog for 1 full day. When I ordered 18, I thought I was getting 18 days worth. Since it is not, I am not sure we will be able to afford it. Everything else is great.
