Hearing this truly brings a big smile to our entire team! Keeping a dog excited about their bowl day in and day out is no small feat, so knowing she’s still loving every meal and that our deliveries are always right on time means the world to us. Thank you so much for your kind words and for being such a wonderful part of the Happy Howl pack!

It went well except the reminder email…
It went well except the reminder email went to junk mail so I missed the shipment I didn’t need yet.
Response from Happy HowlJul 21, 2026
Thank you so much for the feedback! We're sorry to hear the reminder ended up in junk mail and caused an extra shipment before you needed it. Marking our emails as 'safe' or 'not junk' in your inbox usually does the trick for future orders, but please feel free to reach out if you need us to push back your next delivery date. We're here to help!

Food looks like it was done freshly. Not overcooked. So that you lose all the vitamins.
It's made so that you do not have to put it in the freezer or in the refrigerator until after it's opened. And it's still fresh food.

Spot on! That pantry-friendly convenience is the absolute best of both worlds—100% real, fresh food with zero freezer stress until you pop a box open. We love hearing how much pet parents appreciate the easy storage, and we're so glad it makes feeding fresh so effortless for you. Thanks for the awesome feedback!

My dogs love it
My dogs love it. I buy the variety pack so they are not eating the same thing everyday. I like that it’s self stable. I keep several weeks worth of with my emergency supplies also.

That is smart planning right there! Keeping mealtime interesting with flavor variety and stocking up your emergency pantry with shelf-stable food is the ultimate pet-parent win. We are so glad your dogs are loving their meals and that we can bring a little extra convenience and peace of mind to your home. Thanks so much for sharing!

Ruby seems to really like this
Ruby seems to really like this. It has only been 4 days; I am using only 1/2 a box per day, along with 1 cup of her dry food, to transition. She has had no issues so far.
Response from Happy HowlJul 21, 2026
We are so happy to hear that Ruby is loving her new food! Transitioning slowly over a few days alongside her dry kibble is the absolute best way to do it, and hearing that her tummy has been totally happy so far is fantastic news. Thank you so much for taking such great care in introducing Happy Howl to her routine, and welcome to the family, Ruby!

The food is great but your customer…
The food is great but your customer service is non existent. I had an issue with multiple accounts and never got a reply or response. Many high quality food options are available and customer support is the difference of staying or switching to somewhere else
Response from Happy HowlJul 21, 2026
We really appreciate you taking the time to share this with us. You're 100% right: having great food means very little if the customer service doesn't match, and taking two days to reply when you had duplicate accounts fell short of the fast, personal support you deserve. We're truly sorry for the hassle, but we're glad to see one of the subscriptions was successfully canceled and your account is now set up correctly with just the single subscription. Thank you for your patience with us, and please reach out anytime!
