Walked away I…
My dog would not touch it and now I spent money and she won’t even go touch it. She smelled it and walked away.

We know how disappointing it is when your dog walks away from her meal, but mixing a small portion into her usual food or adding a little warm bone broth can spark her interest. A gradual transition helps selective pups adjust to fresh ingredients at their own pace without digestive upset.

Our dogs have been enjoying Happy Howl…
Our dogs have been enjoying Happy Howl for quite a while. I appreciate not receiving the spoon and paperwork, we have a lot. This shipment of 2 flavors were nicely packed in separate boxes which made it so much easier than sorting 2 flavors in 1 box. Keep up the good work.

Food smells delicious and when I open…
Food smells delicious and when I open the box my dog goes crazy. He really likes it!

Happy Howl experience
So far my sweet boy Bear loves happy Howl dog food! I’ve loved getting the food delivered to me. However, every box is supposed to come with two plastic bags & a silver spoon. My last box did not come with either of those items and I was disappointed in that. More so the bags than the spoon bc I already have two. But other than that I’ve very satisfied with their products, packaging & the quality!

Every shipment is meant to include storage bags, though only the very first order includes a spoon, so we apologize for missing those bags in your last box. We’ve gone ahead and added extra storage bags as well as a spoon to all your future orders starting August 13th to ensure you're completely set up!

Delays
Hello, Love the product. The shipping schedule has a delay at about 5 days without food. The first two shipments went great. Since then there have been delays. I have to substitute with another product. Suggestions on my end?

To prevent any gap between deliveries and keep your bowl full, switching from the 18-pack every 2 weeks to the 36-pack every 3 weeks is a great way to build in a safe buffer against shipping delays.
