Forced to use Plaid or pay 3%, Plaid doesn't carry my bank
The bank account connection is done through Plaid, which does not support my bank. Customers whose banks are not supported by the Plaid system are then required to pay by card, which incurs a 3% fee. There should be a way to connect to a bank account without using Plaid.

According to our records, it looks like you were ultimately able to match your bank account for ACH and did not need to use a card as your payment method.
