It's based on several factors, including the amount of coverage required by your property and information provided in the application by both the leaseholder(s) and the property. Because of this, pricing can vary from one building and application to the next. Our goal is to help renters qualify for apartments they might not otherwise be approved for, while giving the property the protection it requires. We recognize this is a real cost, and we don't take that lightly. Hi Rubi, We want to clarify that text and email are not our only support channels. We're available by phone seven days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays (Eastern Standard Time). In addition to phone support, we also offer email, text, and self-service resources, giving you multiple ways to reach our team based on your preferred method of communication.
