Everything went smoothly

Overall, working with The Guarantors was a very positive experience. As someone trying to secure a lease, their platform made the qualification process fast, straightforward, and completely stress-free. The online application took only a few minutes to complete, and their team was responsive and professional throughout the entire process. Communication was clear, and they got everything finalized with my leasing office without any hiccups. ​The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the cost of the security bond/deposit coverage. While it definitely beats getting turned down for an apartment or having to pay a massive upfront cash deposit directly to the landlord, the fee for the guarantee bond was a bit higher than I initially anticipated. ​If you need a reliable cosigner service to get approved for your dream apartment, I definitely recommend them—just be prepared for the bond fee to take a decent bite out of your move-in budget!
