I sent a gift card to a friend. The gift card didn't work and The Gift Card Shop wouldn't do anything at all to help resolve the case. It was valued at $100. All they kept saying was that I needed to call the number on the gift card, which I didn't have because I had given it to someone else. They took a case number, promised someone would call, and no one ever did. This happened multiple times. I finally called again and had a long, angry conversation with no resolution at all. Gift Card Shop did absolutely nothing to even attempt to resolve the problem - just kept saying it wasn't their fault.

They take your money but you do not get a working gift card. Basically they get your money and the other person can’t use the card and there is literally zero customer service. You have to get the credit card company to put it in as fraud so you get the money back.

This is a terrible company. I attempted to order a gift card, using a company credit card. The transaction was denied. I tried several more times, same result. I contacted customer service and was told it might be because I had an unusual email address. This does not make sense. After 24 hours with no resolution, and multiple charges pending on my credit card, I called again. I was told I would have to order the gift card through one of their retail locations because the transaction was deemed a security risk. I asked to speak to a supervisor, was placed on hold for 40 minutes before I hung up. I would never recommend this company.

Zero stars if I could !! Don't do business with this company! If you have any issues with your order, it is unbelievably difficult to a) get anyone to answer the phone, b) be able to communicate effectively with someone, if you're lucky and c) there is nothing they will do to help you... 1st person said 'no problem, call back in 24-48 hours' then the order processed in less than 12 so when I called back 'there is nothing we can do'... They literally used every excuse to not talk to me - the waiting time is unbelievable especially to GET NO HELP !!! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE!!!!

They took my money and then claimed that the transaction didn't go through! I called and had some foreigner answer the phone. He pretended like he was putting me on hold to speak with a manager but just made me sit on the line for 20 minutes. I've been trying for 2 hours now to get someone on the phone to help me resolve this error but am now forced to report the charges as fraud with my bank! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!

Beware!!!! They said my credit card didn't go through and didn't send me my gift card but they charged my credit card $100 nonetheless. Waited on hold for 20+ minutes on their phone help line, no one ever answered.... Fraudulent company.

Bought a gift card for $360 for a friend 3 days ago. They offer a pay via Venmo option. I still have the order pending in Venmo, can't cancel it. I called and someone finally picked up after 36 minutes wait. I asked for an email address or to leave my phone number in case we got disconnected. They said they "can't make phone calls" and don't have an email address... They also said they can't cancel my order. I'm beyond mad. Do not buy anything there.

Someone sent us a giftcard through this site, and after multiple phone calls, we are still unable to view the e-gift card. They just keep giving us the run around. Such a scam. The worst! Update: Finally got it…had to work so hard for something that we should have been able to just click on.
