What a scam. I ordered two cards to be sent to a charity via email as per their website. The website was unable to open the cards. The charity and I both talked to customer service, I tried to resend and still the receiver got a systems error when trying to open. THey will not allow me to cancel the order even though it's their fault.

Company is a scam. I bought two $75 gift cards. Almost two weeks later i haven't gotten them in the mail. Called customer service and they gave me the run around as to why i didn't get a tracking number and that it should arrive in a couple weeks. Thankfully i paid through PayPal and got my money back. I Should have checked the reviews before purchasing. Lesson learned

They deserve NO stars. Placed an order online and had issues getting the payment to go through. Once it did, I received an email confirmation that the order had been placed. 3 minutes later, I got am email stating my order couldn't be processed due to "not able to verify the information provided". I called and got the run around and was told by the first person I spoke to that the picture I chose was inappropriate. When asked how a picture of my daughter and son in law was inappropriate, I was put on hold for 15 minutes. The guy comes back saying he has no idea and I could reorder another card with a different image. I told him absolutely not and he wants me to speak to a supervisor. After a 35 minute wait, the supervisor comes on the line with the same stupid response. I was on the phone 1 hour and 25 minutes trying to get an answer which he could not provide! The only positive note is that I was refunded immediately! Beware using this company!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY If I could give minus stars I would! I ordered a card and it said it was delivered but we did not receive the card. Working at a bank for 40 years I know you can de-activate a card that has not been used. They acknowledged that the card has not been used but they refused to deactivate and send another one or to refund my money! THEY ARE CROOKS.

-star: This is the worse company I have seen. What a scam. I am in my second call to try to get my card sent out or money back. They were quick to charge my account, but that’s about it. No card today; I turning them in to the attorney general’s office and anywhere else I can to get them shut down. Do not order from the gift card shop!

This company is a complete scam and I don't understand why they haven't been shut down yet. I bought an e-gift card and it was declined at every merchant that I attempted to use it at. I tried calling the company that the gift card originated from and they gave me the same lie that "The Gift Card Shop" gave me, which said it declined for security purposes.

I ordered a Visa debit gift card for a special person in my life. I’m positive I entered all the information correctly, yet when I received an email from The Gift Card Shop, two digits in the address were flipped. Instead of showing ‘21’ the address on the email showed ‘12’. I called The Gift Card Shop customer service and was told nothing could be done even though it’s merely a computer entry. I decided to just let go of the issue. I don’t know if the card will eventually go to the right person or if it’ll go and be used by whoever gets it. My advice to whoever reads this is NEVER use The Gift Card Shop for anything. Whoever runs it doesn’t care about its customers.

Ordered a digital gift card for my granddaughter through gift card shop. I paid using my PayPal account for my protection. I was given a order number and then the next email I received said my order was cancelled. Trying to find out why it was cancelled was very vague. Calling the number to talk to someone was even more difficult. After about 20 minutes I found a way to get through to live person and they said there was a discrepancy in my information but couldn't tell me what it was and then told me to resubmit my order but don't use PayPal I told them this seems kind of sketchy and the purpose of using PayPal was they didn't get my card information and told them I felt the company was a scam. PayPal sent me a transaction email but when I went on my account there is no record of a transaction from them. So hopefully it ends there. I went to Vanilla and ordered a card using my PayPal account to pay with no problems. Don't Use This Company
