ZERO STARS!!!! The Gift Card shop customer service is absent. This company has no problem passing me on to the next person, letting me stay on hold for 1.5 hours as I inquire about my order. 2 days after I order there is still no progress on my order. The website says delivery in 3-4 business days. But they do not say there is a 48 hour hold before they begin the order. They tell me I need to call my bank to make payment. I don't have to do that with any other purchases. They tell me my order starts 24 hours after my call !!!!!! WHAT! I should not be making this call in the first place. Round and round, no supervisor, no customer service ID numbers. Finally they tell me good bye and end my call. No one is there to address my order, process my order or help me get it on time. CANCEL, DO NOT BY FROM HERE!!!!

Total Scam! They take your money and they don’t send the gift cards! The customer service phone number is a scam! Do not use!

This company is awful. I tried speaking to them for hours being put on hold over and over again without answers. I hope it goes under!

Do NOT trust- FRAUD!!! do not use!!!Horrible Customer service- bought for someone going through chemo- didn’t receive when they said it would be there - now almost a month…. Was on phone for over an hour trying to rectify- still no card but they have my $100- when asking for manager and getting upset- after being on phone for over an hour - they hung up on me! Theft of service I am reversing charges!!!!!!FRAUD Review is pending - due to FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!

A church family member sent us a gift card after my husband had surgery and I had another baby. Unfortunately, taking the physical gift card off the paper it came on tore 4 numbers off the card #. I called customer service and sat on hold for 1 hour 20 minutes before anyone answered. They told me without having the order number there was nothing they could do. I spoke to a supervisor and after another hour and 18 minutes they still were unable to help. I offered the purchasers name, address, MY name and address where the physical card was sent to. Customer service continues to inform me that without the receipt and order number they couldn’t do anything because it was an anonymous sender. Lol~ considering so read the letter that came with the card and informed them it was right there, it certainly wasn’t anonymous! There’s no possible way that this company wasn’t able to look up the order with the information I gave them! So now the kind people from my church spent $ on a gift card that will never be able to be used! I will never and would never recommend using the gift card shop to anyone!

I ordered Gift card. I received a message stating there was a problem to do it again. When I did I received the same message. Then I received 2 different emails from my credit card company stating I was billed for the 2 transactions. I have been on the phone holding for 50 minutes now. I alerted my creditor but they can't do anything while the transactions are pending.

I spent the better part of the last 2 days trying to get a gift card to work. I received multiple contradicting statements regarding how to get the gift card working. After having a customer service agent hang up on me, and another argue that I didn’t know what I was doing (even thought I was using the website Instructions), I had all but given up hope. After entering in my Information for roughly the 20th time, I was finally able to get the card working. The silver lining is that the card did work, but the amount of frustration and hassle that I dealt with while trying to get it activated is less than ideal. If you are able to get a gift card from somewhere, I would suggest do so if you want to save time and frustration!

What a nightmare!! Took my order, took my money but final screen says order could not be processed. Have to dispute with bank I guess. These people are criminals.
