Multiple fraudulent charges from the company on my bank account and hundreds upon hundreds of dollars missing. Sat on hold with the company for many many hours and have yet to hear a person on the other end. Don't know what kind of shady scams they are running here but I do know they stole lots of money from me. I would stay very far away from the place.

Do not make my mistake and order from this company ever... You will never receive your gift card. it has been almost a month now and getting refunded is impossible. I keep calling and they keep telling me to wait. They are NOT LEGIT.

Absolutely no customer service at all. They don't answer their phones, it has been 2 days now. What a joke.

Do not go here! I bought a giftcard for Christmas 2021 purchased 12/24/21 as the company where he wanted boots did not have online. A $150 giftcard, he went to use it and it was a zero balance. He called, and all of a sudden the 16 digit number disappeared. Customer Care in Georgia, supposedly said purchases were made in gas station in Canada. We live in Texas, and plan on not going to Canada anytime soon nor in the past. They said no worries, we don't know why the 16 digit number in the link all of a sudden errored and disappeared, but just put in the file the reference number. 15 emails later, multiple calls with the run around, no responses from customer care after sending repeatedly their form. We are STILL without a refund or new giftcard. I think personally an employee us getting this stuff, as too convenient the "hacking" of their email nit ours with no resolution..,8 months later. They jerp no records, resend over and over the same stuff and give us the run around every time. I will continue reporting them until I see a resolution.

I'm not gonna lie after seeing the negative reviews on here, the mixed reviews everywhere else and my past bad experiences with other buying/selling gift card websites I was really hesitant to use them and thought for sure something would go wrong but nope to my surprise everything went really smoothly! I bought a eBay e gift card, checking out was easy, the amount I had put on my eBay e gift card was exactly what I paid so no fees, there was no long drawn out complicated invasive "verification" process like literally every other gift card website i've dealt with does, within 15 minutes of placing my order my e gift card was emailed to me and most importantly the e gift card worked was able to apply it to my eBay order with zero issues.

Bought birthday gift card for my friend's daughter. Paid 2-day expedited delivery. They took 2 days to process/ship and card never made it. Called them a week later to request a refund. Bad attitude from reps. hung up on me twice. Took them another week to "investigate" and ignore my request to cancel/refund and instead sent a new card. Not even to the destination in the order (my friend's) but to my billing address (me). Called again and they kept saying there's nothing to do and kept hanging up when asked to speak to a supervisor. Ended up disputing the charge with my credit card.

My children both received gift cards that could only be redeemed at thegiftcardshop.com, but their site kept failing with errors when trying to redeem the gift card, saying "Please call your financial institution for more information." It took multiple tries over multiple days to get the transaction to work for my son. I immediately tried to redeem my daughters and am having the same errors again now trying to redeem her card. Customer service was unable to help. Better to just use Venmo or other cash transfer app. I will never use this site to send gift cards.
