Hands down one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with, I will definitely be ordering from them again. I had my delivery stolen once, FedEx delivered my replacement to a completely different address, but after all that struggle I finally got it on the third try and am loving my bong, the pipe had broken but they sent me a replacement immediately, definitely they are a company who cares about their clientele and they have earned themselves a customer for life. Keep it the great work!

The first pipe I had leaked glycery all over but I was sent a replacement. When using the pipe does not really cool the smoke. Maybe the path through the frozen material is too short? The bowl does not fit snug. The gasket should be flat. It needs a screen but the glass is too slippery to properly insert one

Great products!

I got pretty grumpy and they solved it fairly quickly without issues or backlash. I totally love what I ordered, only reason 4 stars is because it's a total pain in the ass to clean with no real way to dump the gunk out, have to clean it a very VERY specific way.

I enjoy my mini dab rig and enail. I'm so happy to finally get one and some of my friends like it to. Yes, Freeze Pipe is worth it to buy. If you like using ice in your bongs, this is probably the easiest way to go. No more ice to buy and constantly dumping the water out to start over.

The ease of access. The fast shipment time. As well as the follow-up from the company to make sure that I got my item. These are all reasons why I would recommend freeze pipe. Mind you all of this happened while the hurricane was ripping through Florida. My package still got to me in one piece. And it was only delayed maybe a day.

Freeze Pipe - Great Product, Great Service.

I have enjoyed my purchase and have encouraged friends to check out the website.
