The whole process was seamless. I didn’t select anything but normal shipping. It has been a couple of months now, but I would like to say it only took the longest date of expectation (10ish days give or take). Which was perfectly fine for me! Once the product was received, it was in perfect condition and it made the perfect gift :)

As of November 23rd, I still have not received my product. My experience with freeze pipe has been absolutely disastrous, disappointing.. my order was delivered to the wrong location ( Not because my address was wrong, but because the carrier driver delivered the package to the wrong location.) and because I did not buy a $9 protection plan, i am unable to get a replacement even all the circumstances have nothing to do with me, even i have sent picture and clear evidence of my product not being delivered I’m the one stuck without my money and a product, poor customer service

I unfortunately received a broken pipe. THANKFULLY I got the shipping insurance. I highly highly recommend. One thing I wish they would work on is how fragile they are. It doesn’t take much to break at all! Just a small tap with a lighter broke the end. I mean a SMALL tap. I love the pipes I just wish they were a little more durable.
