Customer service is like no other. Truly above 5 stars service. I've had nothing but incredible service with thus company.

This is my second Klein Recycler. I enjoy the cold hits I get every time. I haven't had another pipe that smokes so smooth and cool to my throat. This is a game changer!

This thing does not stay cold for THAT long. Talked to customer service and they stated they don't do refunds. On top of that, if you don't clear your bowl in one snap, the 'blow-back' from the air pushes your hot cherry out of the bowl...one time it landed on my foot and got me. For a lifetime smoker, I'd rather get another thick 18mm glass bong and use ice... save your money. This product is a gimmick.

best product around :)

The extra glass bowl arrived cracked. Not broken and still works just has a hairline crack around the circumference of the top lip of the bowl. Other than that awesome product.

My freeze pipe has been life changing. I don't think I'll ever use a different type of bong again.

Shipping was so much faster!!!!! I love your products, I just hated the shipping time. Keep up the great work.

This thing is Easy, Comfortable and works AWESOME! Fits in your palm for discretion during use.
