I can appreciate from the personal testimonies Ive read here and other sources, this product works for some. They report the cooling works and softens the hit. No throat issues, no comparison to water bongs having a smoother hit...just happy customers. This is not my experience. I bought the OG freeze pipe/bowl as a gift n then the DNA (best, newest, coldest bowl they have) for myself. At 1st I liked it. Over repeated, daily use, the hits felt dryer and harsher. I started coughing so hard I'd piss my pants. It wasn't that dirty but I cleaned it thoroughly. Came out looking brand new...used it that night-same coughing fits, woke up w a sore throat n cough. I knew I wasn't sick, my throat was raw from using that pipe. I dont think the condensation it creates w the smoke is good for you. I feel like I got a bacterial infection. But one thing I do know is Ill be using my regular bowl until I get a water bong n if I miss the slight cooling, Ill throw some ice in it. However, Ive heard warm water rules across the board.

Poorly designed product with questionable customer support. The new DNA pipe is a great idea and quite stable with balancing feet and a flat bowl bottom, but when paired with the included coozy it is extremely unstable on any flat surface making it prone to rolling and dumping bowl contents. Their customer support is unresponsive, and they don't guarantee the product once it leaves their facility.

I really think this is just a gimmick to sell disposable glass pieces. The one hitter I bought is not worth the money even though it came with an mediocre case. I was thinking if I liked it, I'd buy one of "limited edition" bowls. But I don't and I won't.

No cooler than using ice. Charged me $99 for an e-nail that I found on other sites for half the price. Paid $109 for a mini dab rig, next day it was $79 I notified the company and was told tough luck for me. Expensive waste of money. Actually warm air is easier on the lungs.

I'm not loving my new pipe; the draw is very rough. I contacted Customer Service and asked to replace with a Beaker Bong because it had a water chamber in addition to the freezer chamber. Here is what isn't obvious when you purchase, they won't return or refund any water pipe purchase.

When I received my first Freeze Pipe product — the Bubbler Pro — my initial reaction was that it was the greatest pipe I had ever owned. Unfortunately, it broke within a week. It wasn’t dropped or used incorrectly; it cracked simply from inserting the frozen mouthpiece into the hammer-style base. I contacted customer service expecting a reasonable solution, but all they offered was 25% off a replacement. For a product that failed under normal use, that response was disappointing. I declined the offer because it didn’t feel like they were willing to make the situation right. Against my better judgment, I still ordered one of the most expensive pieces on their site — the Hookah Bong — and I’m currently waiting for it to arrive. I normally vape my flower using a Venty with a water pipe adapter, and I’ve been able to use the Freeze Pipe mouthpiece alone, but the experience isn’t the same. So yes… shame on Freeze Pipe for the lack of support, and shame on me for giving them another chance. Save your money — the Bubbler Pro was not a good purchase, and the whole situation has left me disappointed and a little more broke.

ZERO RETURNS, NO EXCEPTIONS. Takes waaay longer than on hour to freeze and doesn’t stay cold an hour. Its good for a couple rips, thats all. If you really want it to work you have to freeze > use > freeze > use over and over. Def not worth the hype. Easier to use ice cubes and pour out water.

BUYER BEWARE The pipe worked as advertised. The durability and temperature difference is what attracted me. I have a movement disorder. I dropped the down pipe and it shattered. Wouldn't be a big deal - except you cannot buy just that. You have to commit to a bong base and downpipe combo ($65 minimum) in order to use it again. The clip system that Blocks everything in, also prevents going and getting a replacement at the local smoke shop. **If your clumsy, drop things, or have a movement disorder, None of them are for you !! You will end up spending more than the original unit after one accident !! Hope this helps. I found out the costly way. TheWhiteRedFox
