Mini Bong works great, very smooth as advertised. The packaging for the bong looks splendid (although the glue that holds one of the side panels on fell off almost immediately…). I wish I would’ve known the ash catcher that came with the flower kit holds a 18mm bowl, unlike the mini bong (it holds a 14mm). So the mega bowl I ordered I can’t use with the ash catcher which sucks. I also wish the packaging for the ash catcher and mega bowl was the same as the bong for travel purposes but sadly it wasn’t. All in all great brand, great product, but they could do better!

I have bought many of these items and I love every single one. This is one company that stays behind their product. I recommend them

broke after 3 months with the glycerin spilling everywhere after a gentle twist taking the top half off. Company refuses to give me anything but 50% off a replacement even though their site says, “ We only make glass pipes and bongs that we would want and actually do use. And that starts with using the strongest and highest quality borosilicate glass in every piece”. Agent tried to tell me they can’t offer me a replacement part after 30 days. Nothing in their warranty states that on their site. They do not stand by their products or quality.

It’s good just had a little crack on the glass but everything else was fine

Fast shipping, great communication, and my wife loves the product.

The Experience I got from the bubbler has been great my only complaint or issue is when the mouthpiece which has the attached glycerin chamber gets Frozen and you attach it to to the other non frozen part the bottom piece with the percolators with the Snap provided it cracks the glass I believe that is do to pressure of it being frozen but a fix would be nice to mitigate that other than that the smoothest bubbler I’ve ever used in my life 5 star rating on performance

Amazing fun product! Gets better everytime i use it
