Sold me a faulty eNail but said they "decided it was user error."

Great piece!

Glass is way too fragile. Broke after a very light tap on kitchen counter. No more freeze pipe for me I will let others know about my experience

Packaged well, no complaints

Shattered on its second use. This is our second piece and both broke within a couple uses biggest disappointment and waist of money

great customer service. all my issues were resolved.

The cooling chamber works well. The honeycomb slide helps keeping the burn balanced and avoids hard pulls. The delivery was on time with stated timeframe. My only critique is that the bong design doesn’t allow much space for inserting ice for an even cooler smoking experience.

Absolutely astonished at what great customer support your company has. I am thrilled and glad to say I have no complaints what so ever about any of your products. You definitely have a Lifetime buyer!
