Great company! The customer service is top notch! They constantly stay in contact via text or email and advice on your order status and so forth. And the dogs love the food!

This food brought my old dog back to puppyhood. He had gotten to the point (at 12.5 years old) where he'd just lost interest in his food and consequently started to look and behave like an old, old dog. Introduce Farmer's Dog and this dog is almost unrecognizable. He even gets excited when the box arrives with 2 weeks of frozen food. The other highlight is the customer service. We had a delivery issue one day and the folks at FD got on the phone immediately and had another box shipped out overnight. Then, just in case the problem persisted, they kept us on overnight shipping for the next two shipments. Great product. Great customer service. Great company.

Food is amazing. Customer service tops. Only problem to solve is too much single-use plastic in the food pouches. Need a reusable Tupperware solution. Reuse shipping boxes many times to ship back freezable Tupperware for refill

My Ginger always loved Farmer Dog...she was 12yo and finicky. She cleaned her bowl daily until 2 days before ashe passed. My Callie will not eat anything but Farmer Dog. She never refuses it. I like Farmer Dog as it is human quality. I can see the ingredients and I know there is nothing hidden in the food. The support staff is wonderful. I have asked many questions and they are always helpful
