My Kirby loved his Farmer's Dog food. I wish I had found it sooner than I did! Kirby unfortunately developed liver cancer. I think the Farmer's Dog food prolonged his life by giving him a healthier diet that he loved to eat. I suspect we would have lost him much sooner if we were still feeding him kibble, he would have stopped eating. Customer service is the best! When Kirby got sick I contacted them in a panic when he decided he could only eat the beef (He always loved all of the recipes). The vet thought he only had days to live so customer service sent out the smallest portion size possible of just beef at my request. Kirby out performed the vet's expectations and another urgent email was answered in a timely compassionate manner to send more beef food. After we lost Kirby I sent customer support an email to cancel our subscription. Not only did they take care of that they sent the sweetest response and a few days later they sent me flowers. If/when I am ready to get another dog the only food they will ever know is the Farmer's Dog food.

The woman I nanny for introduced me to Farmers Dog. I decided to try it for my English bulldog and French bulldog. My English bulldog has been battling a skin disease for over a year now. We got a dermatologist vet in NYC and was put on intense medications that cost us a little over $500 a month. The meds worked for a little until the side effects gave him horrific psoriasis and was balding. His feet were healed but now we had a whole other set of issues. We felt helpless. I ordered farmers dog as a shot in the dark because we tried everything else (special shampoos, salt soaks, wound spray, topical ointments). I took him off all of his meds and began giving him Farmers Dog in October. It’s now January and his skin is perfect. He doesn’t have bloody paws or Swiss cheese fur. We are so relieved and so happy we tried Farmers Dog. Literally saved my dogs life

Sense day 1 doing business with The Farmers Dog has been extremely smooth & seamless AND most importantly we have seen a large improvement in our 8 y.o Chihuahua's (Kia) health. We have spent a a large amount of money on vet bills due to allergy problems, skin problems, allergic reactions, itching, strange odors on the skin, unusually bad breath, over weight. Our Vet made the recommendation that we try switching brands of food. We tried nearly every store bought food we could possibly try and Kia's problems still continued. After doing alot of research on the matter I came across The Farmers Dog, and every sense we started feeding Kia The Farmers Dog now ALL of those issues have ALL went away! They formulated a custom diet plan for kia and it has been working out perfectly! I was concerned at first about Kia running out of food due to late deliveries, or the fresh food arriving spoiled from being out in delivery trucks etc... But I'm happy to say none of this has ever happened! Her food always arrives still frozen and very well packaged and is planned out to always arrive on time and before she runs out of her previous supply! And the customer service.... Wow, what can I say other than it's impeccable! The Farmers Dog have the best customer service of ANY company I do business with! I don't feel like a customer, I feel like there ONLY customer due to there devoted customer service! I recommend The Farmers Dog to everyone I know. Don't hesitate, you will not be disappointed!

Transformational!! From the start, my Frenchie adored the fresh food. Even better, while still transitioning from kibble, her gastrointestinal issues began to resolve. We celebrated her first birthday on December 24th with a happier, healthier canine thanks to TFD!

My dog loves the food. For the first time in his 12 years he ate everything in his bowl and barked for more. He has never barked for seconds. He is a white Havanese and was licking his front legs and they turned orange. He stopped licking with The Farmer’s Dog food. He’s much more comfortable. After three months on The Farmer’s Dog his hair has grown out and I was able to cut the orange stained fur off his legs! He has also had problems with vomiting and was taking Pepcid daily. No vomiting for a long time and trying him off the Pepcid. Farmer’s Dog has great customer service. They text well before the order is shipped in case you want to make changes. I also like that the insulation in the box is just a starch that can be dissolved.

Farmers dog changed Lola’s life. She refused to eat anything and was losing weight fast. Tried everything from picky dog food seasoning, home cooked meals expensive kibble etc etc. She would always turn her nose at it after a few days. Since going with farmers dog as a last resort, she has finished every meal and is actually excited about food again! She’s back at her desired weight and is much more playful and less lethargic. I’m so very grateful for this company and honestly I’m really impressed with their customer service for a larger well known company. They text you updates on your upcoming shipments and to my surprise they actually respond promptly if you text back. I’ve asked multiple questions on many different occasions and someone always answers with prompt and helpful answers. I really can’t say enough about this company. I was hesitant due to the price and them being a larger corporation but they definitely have a small business vibe. After doing the math, it comes out to about 53 bucks a week for her food which is a lot less than we were spending doing the home-cooked route. Farmers dog really brought my little pup back to her normal self and I have no doubt that we are now lifetime happy customers.

We have a 15-year-old Silky Terrier. Andy was having some health issues, including ongoing diarrhea and an enlarged liver, we thought we were going to lose him. After trying several medications to stop the diarrhea I decided to try a different food. I had seen the commercials for The Farmers Dog and decided to give it a try. I ordered the trial and his diarrhea stopped almost immediately. After his last vet visit and blood tests the vet called and was thrilled with the results. Andy is a different dog, he acts like he is 5 again. I HIGHLY recommend this food, it is worth every penny.

My 8yr old rescue dog was sluggish overweight and always eating grass. We tried everything to get her to exercise and eat her food. She would eat grass daily. Took her to the vet the said she’s overweight but nothing else was wrong. I saw a commercial for The Farmer’s Dog . Half way through the food shipment she has stopped eating grass & has got more energy than the last two years. I highly recommend this food for your fur babies. It’s custom for your dogs needs. She now eats all of her food . She loves it.
