Dear customer, Thank you for sharing your perspective with us. We wanted to give you a little background on who we are and where we come from. The Epoch Times was actually founded by Chinese Americans who escaped communism, with a mission to bring honest, uncensored news to the public. Our founders saw firsthand the dangers of censorship and the importance of free press. Over the years, our journalists have faced serious risks—some have even been jailed or attacked for reporting the truth. Despite these challenges, we’re dedicated to delivering independent, factual reporting that isn’t influenced by any political or ideological agenda. We value open dialogue and are here to listen. If you have specific concerns, we’d be happy to discuss them further. Best regards, The Epoch Times

Dear Daniel, Thank you for sharing your thoughts on The Epoch Times. We appreciate your honest feedback and the time you took to review our articles. Our editorial team works hard to base our reporting on the latest available data and feedback, aiming to present an accurate snapshot of current events. For instance, recent economic data showed that in October, the U.S. economy added just 12,000 jobs, a substantial drop from the revised 223,000 in September. We understand that economic reporting can impact how readers feel informed, and we strive to present these trends in a way that’s meaningful and relevant. Your feedback is invaluable as we work to improve and provide balanced coverage. Please don’t hesitate to share any further thoughts. Warm regards, The Epoch Times

Dear Don, We’re sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with cancellation. Cancelling your online subscription with The Epoch Times is free of charge. We do realize that there are third-party cancellation service companies out there helping people cancel subscriptions for a fee. These companies will pop up when you search on Google. However, these companies have nothing to do with The Epoch Times. The simplest way to cancel your subscription is by visiting your Customer Self-Service Portal on The Epoch Times website and clicking on the “Cancel my subscription” button on the “Manage my subscription” page. This process should allow you to cancel your account directly online without needing to go through any other channels within The Epoch Times or other third-party subscription cancellation service companies. We are sorry for the inconvenience and would like to help further investigate the situation you encountered. If we could ask you to open a support ticket with us online at https://help.theepochtimes.com/hc/en-us/requests/new (with reference ID: TrustPilot#240920), this will help us pinpoint the party that handled your cancellation and figure out where things went wrong. Even though you’re no longer a customer with us, we’d like to learn from your experience and improve our service for our customers in the future. You can also give us a call at 833-699-1888. Business Hours: • Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (ET) • Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (ET) One of our customer service representatives will be more than happy to help you answer any other questions you might have! Best regards, The Epoch Times Customer Service
