The Epoch Times is very reliable, truthful and trustworthy.

I paid for the service paid for the documentary and I still haven't got to watch it. I dont trust this service and probably will be cancelling it.

I was upset to be charged $156 for renewing a subscription originally offered at half price for $26. Although news is interesting and informative, I did not want to renew at that exorbitant price. Cancelled subscription several times and ways through online portal 8/17/26 and sincerely hope I do not have to take further action. I should have been given notice about the upcoming charge in order to have the option for cancelling ahead of time. I just happened to see the pending charge via my online banking. Would hope a news source that touts honesty and reliability would not hoodwink subscribers into renewing at 6 times the original cost. NOTE: On 8/19/26, spoke with Ruella at EpochTimes Customer Service since I had no email confirmation of my online cancellation two days ago. She was professional and polite and able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. Very grateful. Ruella said that an email had been sent a week before the recurring charge occurred and subscription renewed, but I never saw it. Thankful for an understanding and capable customer service representative. As a result, I added 3 stars back to my original 1-star review. The Epoch-Times reporting is interesting and informative, but I do not ever want to get bamboozled into renewing a subscription again!

The articles are up -to- date and good. Can read when I want and save it for later reading send to friend. I trust Epoch Times more than the other news outlets.
