I got the offer to subscribe for their email news with the special rate. Since I wasn’t sure if I will renew subscription I gave them a call to cancel my renewal. The contact info for cancelation was found on the web site with therms of cancelation and it was stated that service that I paid for will remain active till the end of subscription period. So I did make a call to cancel my subscription renewal and ask customer service representative to confirm that my service I paid for will be active until expired regardless of the fact that renewal of subscription is canceled. She confirmed and canceled my renewal and shortly after I’v got the confirmation email. Also I got the surprised that my service is completely canceled when I try to read the articles I received by the mail. Call them back and they told me if I cancel my subscription the whole service is canceled - which was different from what they stated online and in previous conversation with customer service representative. Do not get subscription because toy will be trapped in endless money grabbing scam. Also they want stop sending me emails regardless multiple times I tried to unsubscribed.
