City Case offered the Museum Pass for Paris at a price a bit lower than other sites (Viator, ParisPass) AND could assure delivery before my departure date. In fact the item arrived via FedEx 2 days sooner than I had expected. Thank you City Case!

I would really recommend city case. They answered all my questions and sent us our to tickets on time. Will use them again. No problem

A few things you should know first: 1) If you buy a 2-day pass, you MUST use it on consecutive days. That means in Paris, in order to maximize your ticket, you might see the Louvre, Orsay, L'Orangerie, Pompidou, Notre Dame, the Pantheon, and a few others in two days.....that's pretty INTENSE! (Did you really want to do that to yourself?....it would've been nice to have a day break in between.) 2) Some of the venues allow you admission without charge, but you CANNOT "cut" the queue line (Notre Dame, St. Chapelle).....which means you could spend an hour or more at each of these. If it is NOT a busy time of year, the lines to a lot of the large museums are not that long, especially if you get there early. Figure first what the regular admission would be, and then decide if the wait in lines is really that significant (especially in the "off-season"). Hope that helps

My catching point was that your company has a representation in US and payment can be make in US $ which saves additional fees imposed if paid in foreign currency. I expected faster delivery. I placed my order on March 30, 2014 and original delivery date showed 4/18/2014 which seemed to be too long. But when I got an e-mail about a delayed delivery to 4/25/14 I got nervous, because my departure from USA is 5/1/2014 to travel in Europe before going to Paris . The team member Matt reassured me that my material will be delivered on time. I was happy to obtain my FedEx envelope 1 day before guaranteed delivery date. I already gave your address to friends who plan to go to France next year.

Your delivery (signature required) was a day later than I expected. Otherwise, we'd have had a problem....no one to sign. Because you were a day late, my wife was home packing. So everything worked out fine.

in all the crazy last minute planning for our trip to France for 10people, I had neglected to get Paris Museum passes for our trip. Woke up at midnight, hardly able to breathe since I had realized my error....but City Case to the rescue! Was able to get the passes in 2 days, and I didn't have to suffer the wrath of my friends as we were waiting in an endless line at the Louvre!

The cards arrived very quickly, which gave us time to look over them before our trip. A Metro map was included, but not a map of bus routes. There is an explanation with illustrations of how to use the cards, which is helpful. We're glad we ordered them in advance rather than having to do that when we arrive in Paris.
